This Privacy Policy explains how Natre Ads Manager ("the Application", "we", "us") handles data when it connects to the Google Ads API, the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing API and the TikTok Marketing API to manage advertising campaigns. Natre Ads Manager is operated by Natre, based in Türkiye. This is our own privacy policy and applies to the Application and to this website, natreadsmanager.com.
1. About this policy
Natre Ads Manager is a private, access-protected tool used to manage, monitor and report on advertising campaigns on behalf of the advertisers who own the ad accounts. It is not a public, multi-tenant consumer product, and it does not offer sign-in with a social account to end users.
The website at natreadsmanager.com is an informational site. It does not require you to create an account or log in, and it does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting and content-delivery provider may process limited technical information (such as IP address and request logs) for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.
2. Data we collect
When an advertiser authorizes Natre Ads Manager, we access data through the platforms' official APIs strictly to provide the campaign-management features described in this policy:
| Source | Data accessed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
Google Ads APIauth/adwords | Google Ads account, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword and performance/reporting data for the authorized account. | Manage and report on the advertiser's Google Ads campaigns. |
| Meta Marketing API | Ad account data, campaigns/ad sets/ads, ads insights, and associated Page data for the authorized ad account. | Manage and report on Facebook & Instagram campaigns. |
| TikTok Marketing API | Advertiser ad-account, campaign/ad-group/ad, reporting/analytics and audience data for the authorized advertiser. | Manage and report on the advertiser's TikTok campaigns. |
| Authorization data | OAuth access/refresh tokens and related credentials needed to keep the authorized connection working. | Maintain the advertiser-granted connection securely. |
3. Data we do not collect
To be explicit, Natre Ads Manager does not access or collect:
- End users' or consumers' personal profiles, friend lists, or contacts;
- Private messages or direct-message content;
- Any end-user personal data through Facebook Login — we do not use Facebook Login to sign in end users or gather their data;
- Sensitive personal data that is not part of managing an advertising account.
We work with advertising-account and campaign data belonging to the advertisers who authorize us — not with the personal data of the people who see or interact with the ads.
4. How we use data
We use the data described above only to provide the Application's features, which are:
- Displaying accounts, campaigns and performance in an access-protected, private console;
- Reporting, monitoring and diagnostics on the advertiser's own campaigns;
- Making changes to campaigns — which are performed only with explicit, case-by-case human approval.
We do not use platform data for our own advertising, we do not combine it with unrelated data sources, and we do not sell it. Data is used solely for the user-facing features described here.
5. Google user data & Limited Use
Natre Ads Manager's access to Google user data through the Google Ads API (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) is governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Limited Use statement
Natre Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In line with those Limited Use requirements, Google user data is:
- used only to provide or improve the user-facing campaign-management features that are prominent in the Application;
- never transferred or sold to third parties such as ad platforms, data brokers or resellers;
- never used to serve advertising, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising;
- never used for creditworthiness or lending decisions;
- not copied, cached or scraped beyond what is necessary to provide the feature, and not read by any human except with your consent, for security or abuse investigation, or to comply with the law; and
- never used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
6. Meta Platform Data
When connected to Meta, Natre Ads Manager requests the following permissions and uses the resulting data only for the stated purpose:
ads_management— to create, edit and manage campaigns, ad sets and ads in the authorized ad account;ads_read— to read ads insights and performance data for reporting;business_management— to identify and operate within the correct Business/ad-account structure;pages_show_listandpages_read_engagement— to associate campaigns with the correct Page and read the Page context required to run ads.
We use Meta Platform Data solely to manage and report on the advertiser's Facebook and Instagram campaigns, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We retain it only as long as needed for that purpose and delete it when it is no longer needed or upon request.
7. TikTok data & consent
When connected to TikTok, the advertiser explicitly authorizes access via TikTok's OAuth flow, and the token is scoped to the advertiser accounts they approve. We access ad-account, campaign/ad-group/ad, reporting/analytics and audience data to manage and report on the advertiser's TikTok campaigns.
We do not share any personal information without consent, and we do not build databases or profiles about individuals. We handle TikTok information in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Developer Data Sharing Agreement.
8. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell, rent or trade platform data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. Data is exchanged only with:
- The platforms themselves — Google, Meta and TikTok — through their APIs, which is inherent to the service; and
- Infrastructure providers that host or transmit the service on our behalf, acting only under our instructions and bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations consistent with the platforms' terms.
If we are ever required to share data with a service provider, these same restrictions flow down to them. When you request deletion, we also ask any such provider to delete data we shared with them.
9. Data retention
We keep platform data only as long as needed to provide the service for the connected account. When an account is removed from management, or an advertiser revokes authorization, syncing stops and the associated cached data is archived or deleted.
We may retain limited information for a longer period only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or to meet legal or regulatory obligations, and only for as long as that purpose requires.
10. Deletion & your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data associated with a connected account at any time. You can also disconnect an integration directly from your Google, Meta or TikTok account settings, which revokes our access.
To request deletion, follow the steps on our User Data Deletion page, or email mail@natre.net. On a valid request we delete the data we hold about the account from our own systems and ask any provider we shared it with to do the same, subject to the limited retention exceptions described above.
11. Security & breach reporting
We protect stored data with technical, physical and administrative safeguards: data is kept in a private database on an isolated network, access is limited to a single operator, and credentials and tokens are stored securely. We maintain these safeguards in accordance with high industry standards.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting platform data, we will act promptly to contain it, notify affected parties as required by law, and — where the incident involves TikTok information — report it to TikTok as required by the TikTok Developer Terms.
12. Cookies & local storage
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track visitors across sites. It stores a single functional item in your browser's local storage — your light/dark theme preference — which stays on your device and is never sent to us. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) may set a strictly-necessary cookie to keep the site secure and available. All fonts and other assets are served from our own domain, so the site makes no third-party requests.
Because we set no advertising, analytics or other non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is used. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism.
13. Legal compliance
We handle personal data in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, which may include the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent they apply.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
15. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact us at mail@natre.net. We are the controller responsible for the platform data described in this policy.
