Overview
You can ask us to delete the data associated with any advertising account connected to Natre Ads Manager at any time. There are two ways to do it: disconnect the integration yourself (which revokes our access), and/or send us a deletion request so we remove the data we hold. This page is also the data-deletion instructions page referenced by our platform app configurations.
Natre Ads Manager does not use Facebook/Meta Login and does not collect any consumer or end-user personal data. It processes only the data of the advertising accounts you authorize us to manage, so a request on this page concerns that ad-account data.
Request deletion in one step

Email a deletion request1. Disconnect & revoke access
You can immediately revoke our access from the platform side, which stops any further data sync:
- Google: visit your Google Account → Third-party access and remove Natre Ads Manager.
- Meta: in Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) and remove Natre Ads Manager.
- TikTok: in your TikTok Ads / Business account, revoke the authorization granted to Natre Ads Manager.
Revoking access invalidates our tokens for that account. To also delete the data we already hold, send a deletion request as described below.
2. Request deletion by email
Email mail@natre.net with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:
- the platform(s) involved (Google, Meta and/or TikTok);
- the ad account ID or name; and
- the email used to authorize the connection, so we can verify the request.
Or use the pre-filled deletion request to open your email client with these fields ready.
3. What happens after a request
Once we verify the request:
- we stop syncing data for the account and revoke stored tokens;
- we delete the data we hold about the account from our own databases and servers;
- we ask any infrastructure provider we shared it with to delete the data we shared; and
- we confirm to you when the deletion is complete.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests promptly, typically within 30 days.
4. What we may retain
After deletion we may retain a limited amount of information only where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or to meet legal or regulatory obligations — and only for as long as that purpose requires. We do not keep the deleted campaign data for any other use.
5. Platform-specific notes
Meta: this page serves as our Data Deletion Instructions URL. When you remove Natre Ads Manager from your Facebook settings, our access is revoked; to delete the data we already hold, follow the request steps above.
Google & TikTok: disconnecting the integration revokes our access; a deletion request removes the data we hold. On termination of a TikTok connection, we delete the associated TikTok information from our systems, including our servers.
