These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Natre governing your use of Natre Ads Manager ("the Application", "the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance & eligibility
The Service is intended for advertisers and businesses that own or are authorized to manage the advertising accounts they connect. By using the Service you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to those accounts and to agree to these Terms on behalf of the account owner.
2. The service
Natre Ads Manager connects to the Google Ads API, the Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Marketing API and the TikTok Marketing API to help create, edit, optimize and report on advertising campaigns on the advertiser's behalf. Access to each platform is granted by the advertiser through that platform's official authorization flow and can be revoked at any time.
Changes to live campaigns are made only with explicit human approval. The Service assists with management, monitoring, diagnostics and reporting; it does not act autonomously without approval.
3. Third-party platform terms
Your use of the Service in connection with each platform is also subject to that platform's terms, and you agree to comply with them:
- Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Ads API Terms of Service;
- Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies;
- TikTok Developer Terms of Service and Developer Data Sharing Agreement.
These Terms are consistent with, and do not override, the platforms' terms. We do not claim any rights over platform data beyond what each platform permits, and if there is a conflict, the applicable platform terms govern the handling of that platform's data.
4. Acceptable use & your obligations
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any platform's advertising policies, community guidelines or branding requirements;
- access or manage accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the connected platforms; or
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for the content of the campaigns you run and for complying with the advertising rules of each platform and applicable law.
5. Data & privacy
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you acknowledge that data is handled as described there, including the Google API Services Limited Use commitments and the restrictions on how platform data may be used.
6. Termination & data deletion
You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time from your Google, Meta or TikTok account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms or a platform's terms are violated.
On termination, all licenses granted end and use of the Service ceases. We delete the platform data associated with the account — including from our servers — except for limited data we must retain for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance. See the User Data Deletion page for how to request deletion.
7. Disclaimers, liability & changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or guarantee any particular advertising outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natre will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or from platform availability or changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. For any question or legal notice regarding these Terms, contact mail@natre.net.
